The Technology Communications team is seeking a Change Management & Adoption Specialist to support enterprise technology transformation efforts. This role prepares and guides end users, primarily employees, through new technologies and process changes by driving clear communication, reducing resistance, and ensuring successful adoption. The primary focus is leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications for the Salesforce implementation, including communication planning, governance support, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.

This role will also support other key transformational initiatives by developing communication plans and OCM materials-including infographics, videos, training and education documents, and microtrainings-as well as contributing to efforts such as ServiceNow, futureready technology projects, and newsletters from leadership to employees.

This is a remote position, but candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in: Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; and Springfield/Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

Salary range for this position is $73,000-105,000, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize user adoption and proficiency, as well as to minimize overall risk so that business results are achieved.
  • Partner with Corporate Project Management Office in project discovery to define change management requirements and assess business impact and identify areas of potential resistance.
  • Create actionable deliverables for core components of the change management strategy including communications plan, training plan, impact assessment / resistance management plan, governance models.
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders across all levels - executive to frontline workers.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational assessment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications/marketing, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement throughout technology consulting projects.
  • Build knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to more than a year).
  • Support change portfolio management through collection of change impact and saturation data; and drives conversations with leaders to help them make informed decisions on intake and management.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in organizational change management specifically to technology-focused platform projects.
  • Experience with agile transformations in large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience developing messaging content and communications for various audiences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Change management certification, Prosci is preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce highly desirable
