The Opportunity

We'd love to talk with you about joining our team that's evolving and expanding Adobe's current video tools to meet the needs of next generation editors and storytellers on mobile.

We're seeking passionate and self-motivated Quality Engineers with expertise in testing iOS or Android applications to help us achieve our goals. Come work with us!

What you'll do:

  • Perform hands-on testing of daily builds on iOS/Android devices and in the simulator.

  • Work closely with a distributed team of Developers and Quality Engineers on the design and specification of features.

  • Be a champion for our customers. Their needs and quality of life must be always drive the decisions we make.

  • Plan and execute test activities for a mobile video editing application, understand how features fit into the product workflow, and uphold high quality standards for the app.

  • Create test cases (acceptance, performance, functional, etc..) that ensure proper functionality of all implemented features.

  • Accurately file and verify comprehensive bug reports.

  • Work in an agile development environment and coordinate with other teams to help ensure proper workflows throughout the entire app experience.

  • Provide accountability and ownership for all tasks and assignments.

  • Partner with Product Management and Design to contribute to the product experience and requirements discussions.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 2+ years equivalent industry experience.

  • Experience testing application software on iOS/Android.

  • Experience editing video with mobile tools are a huge plus.

  • Regularly contributing to TikTok and Instagram is a huge plus!

  • Passion for testing software and a curiosity/excitement for technology.

  • Practical and creative problem solving skills.

  • The desire to learn new processes and skills and using your experience to make things better.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.

  • Highly value psychological safety and a people first work environment.

  • Good time management and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction.

  • Flexibility to move between tasks-sometimes across teams.

  • Ability to deliver against deadlines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,400 -- $189,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $130,700 - $189,200
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $115,500 - $167,250

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
