Ellumen is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the Navy's MyNavy Human Resources (HR) enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems. The Program Manager shall ensure these systems remain secure, reliable, and responsive to evolving Navy requirements, while improving system performance, user experience, data quality, and compliance with DoD and Navy policies. Role Summary: Serves as the single point of accountability for overall task order execution, ensuring delivery of MyNavy HR IT Solutions in accordance with the PWS, cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day program leadership and serve as primary interface with the Government COR and stakeholders. * Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all labor categories and task areas. * Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance. * Ensure compliance with SeaPort-NxG, FAR, security, and reporting requirements. * Lead planning, status reporting, and CDRL delivery. Qualifications: * US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance (active clearance preferred) * Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in IT, Management, or related field. * 10+ years managing complex DoD or Federal IT programs. * PMP or equivalent certification preferred. * Experience supporting HR, manpower, or personnel systems. | |
