As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or requests, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office, data center, and campus areas, including interior spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, for unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and technology-focused workspaces, helping to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or damage through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, perform shift turnovers, and communicate site conditions and incident details to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
