Job Responsibilities:

The Manager Membership Data Quality plays a key role in executing annual membership processes, improving data quality, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to a forward-looking operations & data strategy.

Data Management & Analysis
Perform in-depth data analysis, reconciliation, and quality assurance across membership datasets at the national, state and local levels. Identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and partner with internal and external state teams to resolve issues. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational transparency and decision-making.

Documentation & Reporting
Document data intake, reconciliation, validation, and error-resolution processes to support consistent execution and data governance. Develop and maintain data quality reporting and dashboards that monitor accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across membership systems. Analyze data quality trends and issues and provide regular reporting with root-cause insights and recommendations for remediation.

Standardization & Automation
Implement and enforce standardized data intake, reconciliation, error resolution, and reporting processes to ensure consistent, accurate membership data across systems and partners. Partner with Salesforce/AMS teams, Data Analytics, and technical vendors to identify, test, and deploy practical automations and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Document current-state data processes and support the design of scalable, future-state workflows that standardize operations, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable data governance.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years experience (or 9 years in lieu of a degree) with an AMS/CRM or relationship database system and end to end delivery project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience using analytical tools such as Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and dashboards
  • Must have verbal communication, writing, collaboration, presentation, prioritization, strategic, and strong analytical skills
  • Be a self-starter, results-focused, process discipline, and comfort working in a complex and evolving operational environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 or other Microsoft Office
  • Position may require before or after hours work


Nice to Have:



  • Experience working within a database and/or project management framework such as Agile or Scrum, using tools like Azure DevOps
