Moog's Corporate Legal Team is seeking a Global Compliance Program Manager!

As the Global Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the implementation and sustainment of the company's enterprise compliance program components, such as but not limited to a Global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Global Compliance Director and a diverse global network of stakeholders, within functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal. You will drive alignment, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent global adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.

The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of the enterprise compliance program components associated with global manufacturing organizations. You should be flexible, adaptable, and resourceful to ensure compliance goals are identified and achieved.

You will work a hybrid schedule, at a Moog U.S. facility.

To qualify for the Global Compliance Program Manager, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog...

  • Typically, bachelor's degree in business, compliance, risk management or related field.

  • Over six (6) years of experience in program/project management within a manufacturing environment, focused on designing and managing global business initiatives.

  • Experience defining Key Performance Indicators/Objectives and Key Results/Key Risk Indicators (KPIs/OKRs/KRIs) and reporting to senior leadership.

  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills across diverse cultures and time zones.

  • Experienced in prioritizing and delivering complex global initiatives, with comfortability adapting processes to regional and cultural contexts.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Planner, Azure DevOps/Jira, PowerPoint) and data/BI tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI/Tableau).

  • A creative mindset, with the innovative problem solving skills that engage and drive program adoption

  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.

It would also be beneficial if you had:

  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).

  • Experience with TPRM platforms (e.g., third-party due diligence solutions), compliance risk assessments and workflow integrations.

  • Strong documentation discipline; rigorous follow-through on issues and actions.

  • Experience building training and communications that drive adoption and sustainment.

As the Global Compliance Program Manager, you will have the following responsibilities...

Compliance Program Deployment & Governance

  • Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of global compliance subprograms (e.g., Third-Party Risk Management), including scope, timelines, resources, and change management.

  • Design future-state processes aligned with policy, regulatory obligations, and operational needs; implement enabling technology and ensure adoption.

  • Maintain governance artifacts (charters, RACI, risk registers) and update SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track program KPIs, control effectiveness metrics, and maturity progression; deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations. (e.g., % of in-scope third parties' risk-rated and due diligence completed before engagement.)

  • Develop audit and monitoring protocols; coordinate reviews and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies; manage decisions and change requests.

Training, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and deploy role-based training and micro-learning assets; ensure global accessibility and comprehension.

  • Implement communication plans (launch announcements, FAQs, playbooks) tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Facilitate cross-functional working groups to align program decisions with policy, risk appetite, and business objectives.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $150,000.00-$185,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
