Company Overview ImmunityBio, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBRX) is a commercial-stage biotechnology company developing cell and immunotherapy products that are designed to help strengthen each patient's natural immune system, potentially enabling it to outsmart the disease and eliminate cancerous or infected cells. We envision a day when we no longer fear cancer, but can conquer it, thanks to the biological wonder that is the human immune system. Our scientists are working to develop novel therapies that harness that inherent power by amplifying both branches of the immune system, attacking cancerous or infected cells today while building immunological memory for tomorrow. The goal: to reprogram the patient's immune system and treat the host rather than just the disease.
Why ImmunityBio? * ImmunityBio is developing cutting-edge technology with the goal to transform the lives of patients with cancer and develop next-generation therapies and vaccines that complement, harness and amplify the immune system to defeat cancers and infectious diseases. * Opportunity to join a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Southern California. * Work with a collaborative team with the ability to work across different areas of the company. * Ability to join a growing company with professional development opportunities. Position Summary The Health Systems Director will be a customer facing role responsible for driving strategic access, adoption, and utilization of Anktiva across large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems in the Eastern U.S. This role will serve as the primary enterprise-level commercial lead for assigned health systems, aligning clinical, economic, and operational stakeholders to enable sustainable Anktiva adoption across sites of care (hospital outpatient, and physician office settings). The Director will partner closely with Sales, Market Access, Trade, Medical Affairs, and Field Reimbursement to develop system-wide strategies that optimize patient access, contracting, and long-term growth. Essential Functions

- Lead collaboration with Market Access and Contracting teams to identify and secure system-level agreements, rebates, and value-based arrangements where appropriate; and navigate GPO, declaration letters, pharmacy vs. buy-and-bill models, and pass-through considerations.

- Provide leadership across internal teams to coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and field reps to ensure enterprise strategy translates to site-level execution; partner with Medical Affairs on scientific exchange and thought leader engagement; and align with Field Reimbursement Managers to address billing, coding, and payment barriers.
- Lead executive-level engagements with C-suite, service line leaders, pharmacy, finance, and contracting stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with Health System executives (C-suite, service line VPs), Pharmacy & Therapeutics committees, and Urology, oncology, and bladder cancer leadership.
- Position Anktiva as a strategic immunotherapy solution, not just a product-integrated into long-term cancer care strategies.
- Analyze system-level data (utilization, doses per patient, payer mix, site-of-care trends) to inform strategy.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key systems to demonstrate value, outcomes, and growth opportunities.
- Track progress against utilization, contract performance, and strategic milestones.
- Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects, as assigned, to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.
