We're looking for a Sr. Benefits Partner - Benefits Administration to join our ever-evolving Benefits team and help us unleash the potential of every business. The Sr. Benefits Partner is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, including managing open enrollment and the outsourced benefits enrollment platform, health, disability and 401k. The Sr. Benefits Partner is also responsible for resolving benefit questions, improving existing processes, and providing technical support in the delivery of benefit programs. Additionally, the Sr. Benefit Partner is responsible for managing benefit administration internally and with external vendors, as well as the implementation of various benefit projects.
