Job Title: Quality Assurance AnalystJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team, focusing on ensuring the quality and accuracy of clinical information and documentation. You will work closely with coordinators to process applications and referrals, double-checking that all details are correctly managed and communicated. Responsibilities * Verify the accuracy of processed applications, ensuring correct surgeons, specialties, and State Insurance are used. * Confirm that services provided meet client requirements and are necessary according to policies and criteria. * Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring clarity and grammatical accuracy. * Communicate results and updates to clients via phone and email. * Manage quick turnaround cases efficiently, maintaining high standards of time management. Essential Skills * Proficiency in quality assurance and clinical analysis. * Experience with nursing documentation software. * Knowledge of State Insurance policies. * A Nursing Degree (RN or LPN) with active credentials. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Prior experience in remote work environments is a plus. * Clinical knowledge to effectively conduct reviews. Candidates must have their own computer with the latest operating systems, a reliable internet connection with a download speed of over 20 MB/second, and be willing to purchase a second monitor if not already owned. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility needed for early or late shifts. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington D.C., DC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $28.50/hr.
