• Be a Visionary Leader: You will oversee all program services, ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, personalized care that meets their unique needs.

SALARY: $84,000-$90,000

• The Credentials: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
• The Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in the field, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role.
• The Skills: You have a proven track record in budget management and human resources.
