This Pre-Sales Manager role sits within the North American Banking sales organization and is focused on the Wealth and Retirement segment. The successful candidate will develop the team to meet presales excellence standards, participate in the broader presales leadership team to define best practice and support sales expansion, work closely with lines of business and sales leadership to help develop our sales and GTM strategy, and roll out new technologies across the team to improve client engagement and interactions. This is a senior position within the organization and will have responsibilities for developing strategies to improve solution presentation and efficiencies within the team.

The Pre-Sales Manager is a highly motivated individual who understands what presales excellence looks like, has proven experience in elevating presales performance and delivering high quality presentations and demonstrations, and can successfully work with all levels within an organization to successfully manage change programs.

What you will be doing

The Pre-Sales Manager role will require you to:

  • Lead a Pre-Sales team through all phases of the sales process from initial qualification through to account management
  • Develop and execute a strategy for consistent and repeatable high quality sales engagements
  • Manage the rollout of new technologies across your team - ensuring consistent output and adoption of assets in the field.
  • Support career development and individual progression for team members
  • Engage with the product management, professional services, support and development organizations to support go to market activities and strategy
  • Track and report team activities to showcase successes
  • Support broader sales and product initiatives

What you bring:

  • 10+ years experience in presales roles
  • 5+ years in presales leadership
  • Experience in designing and executing transformational programs to drive performance in teams
  • An understanding of the entire sales cycle, from market research through to contract signing
  • Outstanding presentation abilities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Added bonus if you have:

  • Wealth or Retirement market experience
  • Knowledge of Tiled, Synthesia, and Coast

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
