As aDirector Business Strategy - Security Sales Enablement on the corporate team,you'llbe a critical and visible leader internally and externally and will have the opportunity to influence and work with many of the most senior leaders in the business. We'relooking for a leader and cross-team collaborator to partner with stakeholders tobuild and execute security readiness & enablementto drive revenue growth for the Security Solution Area. This role is primarily focused on theobjectiveof meeting and exceeding theglobal salesreadinessstrategyand execution. This entails developing enterprise and scalesalesreadiness, enablement and community developmentthat are tied withgo-to-market initiatives. As the Director Business Strategy - Security Sales Enablement,you will enable our sales field to achieve our collective growth aspirations by buildingsales competencies and lead, support and deliver effectivesalesenablement for the Chief Security Advisors (CSAs) and other seller communities. The CSAs build the strategic, longterm advisory relationships and bring credibility into the Csuite engagements. You'llpartner closely with stakeholders including senior leaders in the Product Group,other Commercial Solution Areas beyond Security,Worldwide Learning, Customer Success,Marketingand other business units to shape & executeSecurity Sales Enablement. TheDirector Business Strategy - Security Sales Enablementwill ensure we definethe strategy, saleslearning paths, readiness activities, events, and activate other enablement sockets to set Chief Security Advisors (CSAs) and other communities for success and maximize short, medium, and long-term business impact.Thisperson will build approaches thatharness the feedback, knowledge, and power of oursalescommunities todeliver success through effectivesalesenablement learning and innovating from industry standards and from within Microsoft. This leader will be anadvocate for the field and will be counted on torepresentthe voice of the field, the CSA community, and customers across our corporate functions. This leader is agile, curious, has growth-mindset and willing to wear multiple hats. Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
