Ideal qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including work involving system interfaces, integration, or crossdisciplinary coordination.
- Experience developing or managing interface requirements, ICDs, or integration plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse engineering domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of engineering experience, ideally including systems engineering responsibilities.
- Experience with system architecture frameworks, interface management tools (Cameo, SysML, DOORS, 3D CAD tools), and configuration management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead integration efforts across complex, multistakeholder environments.
Who Thrives in This Role Because interface engineering is a skillset developed through experience-not a formal academic path-we welcome candidates with diverse engineering backgrounds who have repeatedly worked at the boundaries between systems. If you have a track record of making complex systems work together, coordinating across disciplines, and owning interface definitions, we want to hear from you. Orano is an Equal Opportunity employer.
