Job Description:

Design & architect complex websites using AEM 6.2+ and design web pages using HTML, SASS,

LESS, CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript (React Native, JQuery, Bootstrap, etc)

Guide the team in designing complex modules and help team in coming up with the best and optimized solution to a given problem

Negotiate and manage difficult or ambiguous situations and adapt and work effectively with a

variety of situations, individuals, and technologies

Align and collaborate with architects, other team leads, and IT leadership to develop technical

architectural runways supporting upcoming features and capabilities

Experience with decoupled architectures, setting up dedicated environments (development, QA, etc.)

and integrating with a CI/CD

Identify and resolve technical and process impediments preventing delivery teams from meeting

delivery commitments

Partner with other IT teams and members during integration activities to facilitate successful

implementations

Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills, and a flexible attitude in shifting environments

Be a great team player, with the ability to collaborate closely and positively with product owners,

developers, copywriters and UX designers

Continually keep yourself and your fellow developers updated with the latest changes in interactive developer standards and methods

Experience in Agile environment and Git will help hit the ground running

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related

8+ years of experience in design and development of complex websites using
AEM 6.2+ and technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services

Knowledge of AEM Component Development and CQ building blocks (templates, components,
dialogs, widgets)

Experienced with Adobe CQ/AEM APIs and functionality

Proven experience in software development methodologies

Proven experience building complex web systems

Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Align and collaborate with architects, other team leads, and IT leadership to develop technical
architectural runways supporting upcoming features and capabilities

Build tools: Azure/Jenkins/Maven

Experience in Agile environment will help hit the ground running

Prior experience in java development is a plus

Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and other defects in front-end and back end.(AEM + JavaScript)

Good to have JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST in terms of AEM

Benefits of working at Microchip

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000 - $232,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
