As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a commercial real estate office and retail condominium location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with courteous customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting using site technology. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and on-site management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, corridors, loading and parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and building systems such as cameras, fire panels, and/or key control where assigned, and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, document observations and actions taken, and communicate updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
