Job Description

The High School Student position supports the success of the after school program participants by providing additional attention, encouragement, and support. This position offers high school students valuable hands-on experience working in a learning environment while developing leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tutor and assist students with homework and academic activities
  • Mentor and engage with program participants in a supportive and encouraging manner
  • Assist staff with implementing after-school program activities
  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Serve as a positive role model for younger students
  • Support overall program operations and classroom management
Shift

10-15 hours per week

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00 hourly.
