Job Description Position Summary Net Shaped Solutions, a PCC Company in Canton, MI, is looking for a full-time sorting operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and organizing parts to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Notice: We are International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Facility. In order to work here you must be a U.S. Person. Key Responsibilities Sort and separate products or materials according to guidelines Inspect items for defects or quality issues Keep work area clean and organized Follow safety and quality procedures (PPE & Work Instructions) Meet daily production goals Work with team members and supervisors as needed Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. during shift Position involves movement, lifting, bending, etc. Ability to work in a manufacturing setting with noisy operations Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic math skills and ability to read measurements Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay for role Benefits package On-the-job training; with ability to progress within roles & organization All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
