Job Overview


As a Head of AI Enablement, you will help to lead the adoption of artificial intelligence across the business. This role will focus on translating AI capabilities into practical, high-value use cases that improve how work gets done across functions. The Head of Enterprise AI Enablement will partner closely with business leaders to redesign workflows, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes through responsible AI adoption.




Key Responsibilities


- Enterprise AI Strategy and Use Case Development



  • Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to business goals
  • Translate business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized enterprise AI use case roadmap
  • Ensure AI initiatives focus on measurable outcomes such as productivity, speed, cost reduction, or revenue growth


- AI Enablement and Adoption



  • Lead AI pilots from concept through implementation, focusing on rapid experimentation and learning
  • Design and support workflow changes that embed AI into day-to-day work
  • Develop playbooks, prompts, and best practices to accelerate adoption
  • Act as a hands-on coach to leaders and teams using AI tools


- Cross-Functional Partnership



  • Work closely with the CIO and IT team to ensure AI initiatives align with security, data, and governance standards
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to support responsible AI use
  • Collaborate with Finance to track and communicate ROI from AI initiatives


- Change Leadership and Communication



  • Help shift mindsets around how work is done using AI
  • Create simple, practical communication that demystifies AI for non-technical audiences
  • Support executive readiness and confidence in using AI tools


- Measurement and Continuous Improvement



  • Define success metrics for AI pilots and scaled solutions
  • Track adoption, value realization, and lessons learned
  • Continuously refine approaches based on feedback and results



Skills / Qualifications


Required



  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or transformation roles
  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools in real business contexts
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
  • Excellent communication skills with both executives and frontline teams


Preferred



  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • General understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies and their potential applications across manufacturing and business functions
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments, cloud platforms and the role of IT in enabling scalable AI solutions
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial organizations, including opportunities to apply AI to improve efficiency, quality or decision-making
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to align business priorities with secure, scalable technical implementation
