Job Description Lead the development, refinement and monitoring of strategic plans within the Health Plan to provide alignment in planning work and business strategies across the Health Plan in support of the enterprise and Health Plan objectives. Provide consultation and resources to positively shape and impact the planning process and ensures planning activities across the Health Plan are structured, transparent, and aligned to enterprise strategy, P&L expectations, and financial performance, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.What You'll Do
