What You'll Do

As a Training and Systems Learning Intern, you will be responsible for researching company specific job roles, map required training courses, compile course summaries, and coordinate with teams to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with operational and safety requirements. Other duties include:

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), supervisors, and external vendors to gather training information
  • Retrieve and document course information from third-party training providers (e.g., online safety training platforms)
  • Use screen-capture and AI tools to review training courses and create concise course summaries
  • Develop a reviewable training matrix for validation by SMEs and hiring managers
  • Create bullet-point descriptions of training topics covered in each course
  • Assist with validation and accuracy checks of training records
  • Present compiled training requirements to hiring managers for confirmation

What We're Looking For:

  • Junior level standing pursuing Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Learning and Development, Mining, or similar field.
  • Intermediate or Strong experience in Excel (ability to create spreadsheets, tabs and linking data)
