GENERAL SUMMARY: The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Analyst assists the departmental clinical pharmacists and other staff in the operations of the MTM Program. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Previous call center experience strongly desired. Ability to use office productivity and departmental computer systems effectively. Ability to create and effectively utilize spreadsheets and databases is desirable. Previous retail pharmacy, hospital or managed care pharmacy experience is strongly desired. Previous work experience with senior citizens (individuals over 65 years of age) is strongly desired. Previous patient healthcare navigator experience is strongly desired. Additional Information
