What You'll Do:



  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various user support platforms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for product updates and new features, collaborating closely with marketing, technical, and business teams.
  • Guarantee the highest quality standards for all published content, making complex information simple and jargon-free.
  • Manage content updates and publishing schedules with meticulous attention to detail and tight deadlines. You'll be at the heart of cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure a seamless user experience. This is an opportunity to innovate content delivery and contribute to the strategic direction of user support. Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in digital content writing and management, including proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality public-facing content.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience in writing technical or educational guides for consumer or business audiences.
  • Background within a global technology company or a fast-paced, digital-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing or communications industry trends and best practices.
