We're hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand & B2B Acquisition team at our leading financial client. This role serves as the operational backbone for campaign execution, compliance readiness, asset governance, and cross-functional coordination. You will bring structure, reliability, and follow-through to high-volume marketing workflows, ensuring assets are on time, compliant, organized, and ready for distribution. Your work enables the team to focus on strategy and revenue-driving initiatives.

What You'll Do:

* Manage day-to-day campaign and content workflow, delivering on-time, compliance-ready assets.

* Coordinate compliance submissions, approvals, revisions, and version control.

* Maintain the sales asset library, naming conventions, and distribution readiness.

* Facilitate BD marketing request intake, routing, timelines, and follow-through.

* Support campaign operations including trafficking coordination, tagging hygiene, and basic reporting.

* Maintain calendars, trackers, and weekly status updates to keep workstreams organized and predictable.

What You'll Bring:

* 2-4 years of marketing experience supporting campaign, brand, or marketing operations teams and project management experience.

* Experience managing multiple requests simultaneously with strong follow-through.

* Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or similar).

* Strong written and verbal communication with clear, concise status updates.

* Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts and version control discipline.

* Experience working in regulated environments preferred.

* Compliance submissions move smoothly with minimal rework and clean documentation.

* The sales asset library is organized, current, and easy to navigate.

* Campaign workflows are predictable, with fewer last-minute escalations.

* Internal partners describe the BD team as responsive, organized, and easy to work with.

* Weekly priorities and status updates are accurate and dependable.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.00 to $40.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
