In this position, you'll follow engineered assembly processes, perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards, and work with small parts under microscopes. You'll be an essential part of producing high-quality electro-mechanical products, working on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, and end products. Expect to stand throughout your shift and embrace a hands-on role that will challenge and develop your technical skills.
Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $21.88

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and work with small parts under magnification


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience with hand soldering or electronic assembly (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly processes



Other Requirements:

  • Attendance at a 2-week training program (Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm) before starting on shift
  • Reliable transportation (public transportation may not be sufficient for all shifts)
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings (criminal, education, drug tests)
