Marketing Specialist - Pursuits

• Maintain consistent interaction with non-marketing staff throughout company as directed to effectively support and implement marketing strategy
• Collaborate within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other marketing departments on special projects
• Promote branding best practices
• Assist manager and senior department members with tracking trends and monitoring marketing metrics
• Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations
• Maintain, create, and organize marketing materials (project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related material)
• Support the production and schedule of qualification submittals
• Assist with writing, coordinating, designing, and developing presentations for prime and teaming opportunities
• Establish local information networks to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues
• Assist with identifying and tracking strategic pursuits
• Assist with maintaining and updating databases
• Perform additional administrative tasks and/or special projects, as needed

• BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required

• 2 years of sales or marketing experience required, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred, related internship employment will count toward experience
