Your Opportunity: Navitor, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join their marketing team! In this role, you'll play an important part in shaping the visual experience of our ecommerce platforms and marketing efforts. You'll design high-quality creative assets used across digital and print channels, partner with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions, and help ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards. In addition, you will support the execution, measurement, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, using performance data to inform creative improvements.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment-someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work while also using performance insights to continuously improve results.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

What You'll Do

  • Create Digital & Marketing Assets: Design engaging visuals for ecommerce product listings, digital advertising, email campaigns, web content, catalogs, sales tools, and promotional materials.
  • Email Campaign Execution: Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns using the Act-On email marketing platform, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Measure & Improve Performance: Apply basic marketing performance metrics (such as email engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness) to evaluate creative impact and inform design improvements.
  • Optimize for Multiple Channels: Prepare and optimize assets for different platforms and formats, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, performance, and usability.
  • Maintain Organized Assets: Manage digital asset libraries, file naming conventions, and version control to support efficiency and collaboration.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and sales partners to translate creative briefs and performance insights into effective visual solutions.
  • Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and contributes to a consistent, cohesive visual identity.
  • Manage Projects: Balance multiple design requests at once, track work in our Asana project management system, and meet established deadlines.
  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and enhance overall design quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with design trends, ecommerce best practices, accessibility standards, marketing measurement approaches, and emerging tools-including AI-assisted design-to help evolve team capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required) as well as basic Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital and ecommerce design best practices, including layout, typography, color, and user-focused design.
  • Experience designing and supporting email marketing campaigns, with an understanding of how creative impacts performance.
  • Ability to interpret basic marketing or email performance data and apply insights to improve future creative work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized file systems.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project and task management tools.

Nice to Have (Bonus Qualifications)

  • Experience in a marketing, ecommerce, or sales-support design environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Act-On or other marketing automation / email platforms.
  • Exposure to or interest in incorporating AI-assisted tools or automation into creative workflows.
  • Background designing digital advertising, email marketing assets, catalogs, and print collateral.
  • Experience managing shared digital asset libraries.
