Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and oversight for records operations supporting the USCIS National Records Center (NRC) located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The PM serves as the primary point of contact with the Government and is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused program execution.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Serve as the principal liaison between Coho Integrated Solutions and USCIS leadership
  • Coordinate contractor and Government activities to ensure contract objectives are met
  • Conduct fact-finding and respond to Government inquiries and special projects
  • Prepare, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Deliver oral and written briefings to USCIS management officials
  • Develop complex statistical analyses, cost estimates, and analytical reports
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and process improvements related to quality, cost, and efficiency
  • Implement corrective actions in response to COR-identified issues
  • Ensure 24/7 program availability for emergencies and operational continuity


Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Security Clearance:

    • Active Secret clearance




  • Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in program management, business or public administration, operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) (may substitute for degree)
    • Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days of contract award) from ASQ, IASSC, or Council for Six Sigma Certification




  • Experience:

    • Minimum five (5) years of recent (within the last 7 years) program or project management experience




  • Additional Requirements

    • Oversight of third-shift operations (11:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
    • Ability to report onsite within two hours when requested
    • Weekend availability as needed
    • 24x7 on-call availability for emergency response
