Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking an Quality Manager responsible for all quality assurance activities across assigned task areas at USCIS facilities located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and/or Harrisonburg, Virginia. This role leads quality auditors and trainers, ensuring compliance with Government regulations, internal procedures, and performance standards.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Manage and oversee all quality control activities
  • Lead and supervise quality auditors and training personnel
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Government requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal quality procedures
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions
  • Support operational teams with quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare quality reports and briefings for management


Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Security Clearance:

    • Active Secret clearance




  • Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in program management, business/public administration, operations/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting
    • Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to obtain within 180 days of contract award) from ASQ, IASSC, or Council for Six Sigma Certification




  • Experience:


    • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing quality control operations
    • Demonstrated experience with Government regulatory compliance and internal audits


Position Pay Range
$100,000 $145,000 USD
