Job Description:

Position Summary:

In this role, you will prepare and execute parts quotations and sales orders, maintain customer records, and manage vender quotes. This is a faced paced environment and attention to detail is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

As a Customer Service Representative at Terex/CBI, based in Newton, NH, you'll play a pivotal role. Below is a brief description of role responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute parts quotations and sales orders
  • Track orders from quote to delivery
  • Maintain customer records
  • Partner with dealers on issues and opportunities to create efficiencies, parts catalogue, parts availability, speed of delivery, reliability of delivery
  • Dealer education and support; education, inventory levels, support materials, etc.
  • Collect market price information for spare parts and feed into pricing team
  • Effectively promote parts programs to drive global awareness to our dealers and customers
  • Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • Manage and communicate vendor quotes and backorders
  • Service existing accounts and communicate with dealers and customers on a regular basis
  • Identify, and work with factory team to correct/amend documentation
  • Assist Warehouse team with picking orders as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer support experience in a high-volume capacity, preferred
  • Technical experience within automotive, heavy machinery or related field, preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and resolving customer issues, preferred
  • Experience quoting parts, helpful
  • Experience with order creation and submittals
  • Ability to read/understand blueprints, preferred
