User Support: Provides end user support with their desktop, laptop, printer, phone, and mobile device solutions, system configuration, and training.




  • Solves end user inquiries that arise during day-to-day use of computer systems, phones, and mobile devices.



  • Oversees software updates for all desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Installs, tests, implements and supports end-user software.



  • Manages enterprise printing and imaging contracts and vendors.



  • Provides Help Desk phone support to end users and coordinates and oversees end user requests for non-local IT assistance via the Helix and Watchtower ticket systems.




Hardware Support: Provides end user support of desktop computing and operating system software to large customer base.




  • Responsible for workstation asset management including:





  • Weekly on-call rotation for IT support of facility is required.




Qualifications:


Information System/MIS, Computer Science or Networking degree with three to five years' experience or advanced degree and/or superior associated technical knowledge and skills required. Application and Network Discipline experience strongly preferred. Must be customer focused. Must be willing and able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS




  • Starting salary range for position: $63,360 - $95,040.
  • Bonus: Annual - Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.
  • Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
