At Grady Health System, our Human Resources Consultants are trusted partners who elevate the employee experience and empower the teams that power one of the nation's leading Level 1 trauma centers. About the Role As an HR Consultant, you'll serve as a dedicated advisor to your customers and colleagues - going beyond transactional HR to deliver proactive, consultative support that drives meaningful change. You'll work side-by-side with leaders across the organization to design and implement strategies that strengthen the full employee lifecycle. Your areas of focus will include recruitment, leadership development, retention, customer service excellence, employee wellness, and recognition - all with the goal of building a workplace where people feel valued and can do their best work. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or a related field, paired with 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources and/or organizational development.
