Based in our New York office with a hybrid work model, this role offers the chance to make a real impact across the Americas region.

As part of our global Talent Attraction team, you'll collaborate with a network of forward-thinking professionals who are deeply committed to shaping the future of our workforce. You'll tackle challenging markets, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver a hiring experience that delights candidates and earns the trust of hiring managers time and again.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the region

  • Partner with business leaders/stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies

  • Act as a strategic advisor to your hiring managers in creating the right recruitment strategy for any given role, ensuring on-going constructive dialogue, support and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process whilst proactively managing any challenges and offering creative solutions

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance

  • Support local and global initiatives in driving process improvements; actively contribute your own ideas as to how we can improve talent attraction and engagement

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues in TA, HR and other teams within the business

  • Contribute to both regional and global strategic talent acquisition projects as required

  • Adapts the global HR standards to the regional / country level (based on local requirements)

  • Collaborate with global peers to share best practices and continuously improve processes

  • Use data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and optimize recruitment outcomes

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field (e.g., Human Resources)

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments; in-house strongly preferred

  • Proven success managing regional or multi-market recruitment, ideally for complex or specialized roles

  • Expert sourcing experience with creative strategies for attracting high-quality talent; advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant

  • Deep knowledge of ATS and productivity tools, including Workday, LinkedIn, and Microsoft applications

  • Understanding of US employment law and compliance regulations is crucial

  • Experienced in developing recruitment strategies

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven ability to influence and build trust

  • Reliable, transparent communicator with a strong commitment to delivering results

  • Creative, solutions-oriented approach to every hire

  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and industry networking

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.
