The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Import Specialist I to support customs compliance and international shipments for service parts entering the U.S. This role assists in ensuring timely customs clearance, adherence to CBP and Partner Government Agency (PGA) regulations, and overall import compliance. Familiarity with CTPAT requirements is preferred but not required. The Import Specialist I will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient import operations and support security compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:



  • Support daily import operations to ensure timely and compliant customs clearance.
  • Prepare and review import documentation in accordance with CBP and PGA requirements.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve shipment issues.
  • Assist in maintaining import records and compliance documentation.
  • Support CTPAT-related activities and internal security compliance efforts as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve import processes and compliance efficiency.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in import operations, logistics, or customs compliance.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. import regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Familiarity with CTPAT standards and procedures is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or trade compliance systems preferred.
  • Korean Bilingual preferred.


Recruiting Range
$55,000 - $60,000 USD
