The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant II to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of accounting experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing vendor setup and updates, supporting corporate card and payment processes, and assisting with monthly closings and audits. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and US GAAP, and providing analytical support to improve accounting efficiency.

Qualifications:



  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect and verify documentation for vendor setup and updates.
  • Manage payment reissues, follow up on returned payments, and respond to payment-related inquiries.
  • Support AP and AR reconciliations and monitor outstanding checks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and process expense vouchers, including reissues and corporate card transactions.
  • Track and manage aging for open corporate card transactions, ensuring closure within 30 days.
  • Review expense reports and supporting documentation for compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Analyze monthly expense fluctuations and assist with closing activities, including accrual entries and adjustments.
  • Provide accounting guidance to departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare audit materials and respond to auditor requests, including documentation of system or policy updates.
  • Perform additional accounting duties and special projects as assigned.


Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.


Recruiting Range
$68,000 - $75,000 USD
