McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager for Integrated Campaign Marketing to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to and executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our K-12 business goals across all portfolios, including Math, Language Arts, Science, and Humanities, helping to engage customers and encourage retention. Working closely with the team, this individual will be a team player and assist in building integrated marketing campaigns, tracking and organizing performance data across channels, and applying research and insights to improve campaign planning, targeting, delivery, and overall effectiveness.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:
* Supporting the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure timely and flawless delivery with cross-functional partners.
* Assisting in the development of marketing campaign strategies.
* Crafting compelling copy and managing the creative development of campaign content and assets.
* Coordinating campaign tasks such as scheduling, submissions, asset management, and tracking deliverables.
* Collecting and organizing campaign performance data to contribute to reporting and optimization efforts.
* Supporting collaboration between marketing and sales teams by preparing materials and sharing updates.
* Contributing to A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign messaging development.

* Learning and applying best practices in integrated campaign planning, execution, and measurement.

* Travel up to 15% of the time.

We're looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Marketing.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously on time and on budget.
* Foundational project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to take initiative and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Desire to learn, ask questions, and challenge conventional thinking.
* Ability to problem solve and adjust campaign planning and execution when challenges arise.

The pay range for this position is between $58,960.00 - $70,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
