We're excited to welcome a new team member to report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for FTEs, third-party contractors, and support innovative talent projects. This new position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys making an enterprise-wide impact, and provides exceptional service to internal teams while understanding the candidate market. Location

Detroit, MI (On Site) or Midwest Region (Hybrid) with regular travel to Detroit and regional project sites.



Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

    Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage a diverse requisition load while maintaining service quality and candidate experience
  • Sourcing & Pipelines: Develop sourcing strategies using social media tools, trade networks, apprenticeship programs, referrals and other innovative campaigns
  • Process Excellence: Drive consistency through documented recruitment workflows and best practices
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, labor laws


Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience and a strong focus on construction or professional services firm with 1,000+ employees
  • Strong end-to-end recruiting life cycle experience
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to foster relationships and meet enterprise demands
  • Proven success supporting high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with a process-driven and candidate experience mindset
  • Work on site in Detroit (if local) or Hybrid if outside Detroit

Ideally, you'll also have

  • 4-year college degree in a related field is a plus
  • Genuine passion to execute with urgency, excellence and precision
  • Proficiency with large ATS systems and recruiting metrics
