Your duties may include but may not be limited to: Guiding design teams throughout all phases of the project, from bidding to completion Responsible for the designing,draftingandchecking to deliver design documentation according to schedule and budget Responsibility for all aspects of assigned project work Responsible for technical delivery projects,scheduleand cost management, andestablishingrequirements along with delivery of the project Coordinating delivery of integrated engineering design packages Identifyingand working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders Development & management of project scope through requirements management activities Delivery of packages following management of change and engineering change processes Ensuring adequate provision,deploymentand management of technical resources Driving project performance, servicedeliveryand technical and commercial outcomes Building andmaintainingeffective relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that client delivery is above expectation Ensuring that effective financial and project management controls are in place We invite applications from candidates with the following experience: Bachelor's degree inElectricalEngineeringor similar degree Professional Engineer designation preferred, butminimumEngineer in Training designationrequired 2 to 3years experienceworking onelectricaldesignfor rail projects Experiencepreferredwithtraction power design (AC or DC) for rail projects Proven team lead experience, with the ability to manage and mentor graduates Experience working in or with a multi-disciplinary design consultancy Strong IT skills Capability to work to deadlines and work autonomously whenrequired Benefits & Reward At Mott MacDonald, our employees have a stake and a voice in our business, providing them with a direct connection to our success through our personal and group performance bonuses. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is $89,000 - $108,000.
