Recruiting Specialist
Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their Human Resources Department. This position will be based out of our Raleigh, NC office. You'll play a critical role providing support to our in-house recruiting team by sourcing candidates and executing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify and source top talent through multiple venues such as job boards, industry-specific sites, college and university campus job fairs, contacts, social media outlets, and other sourcing means.
*Success in this role hinges on your ability to act as a dedicated talent hunter. Your proactive sourcing and networking capabilities will not only enhance our recruitment strategies but also play a vital role in our long-term success in securing top talent within the competitive AEC market.
