NASCAR Foundation seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Director, Development, based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office. The Director of Development will lead all fundraising and revenue-generating efforts that support our programs and impact in communities nationwide. This leadership role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes major gifts, individual giving, corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, special events, legacy giving, and annual fund campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a senior fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing funding from individual donors, major donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners. This individual will cultivate and steward key relationships, oversee fundraising operations, and serve as an ambassador for the Foundation across NASCAR events and philanthropic engagements.
