About the Role AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the Time Sensitive Strike Program, PMA-242. This position directly supports the Time Sensitive Strike Test team utilizing Naval Flight Test process and procedures in execution of the test program.

Perform assigned engineering and program support tasks independently with minimal supervision
Analyze program requirements, schedules, milestones, and overall performance metrics Prepare, review, and contribute to technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and related documentation Develop and deliver accurate status reports and respond to data calls in support of the Assistant Program Manager for Test & Evaluation and the Lead Test Engineer Manage resource planning, scheduling, and tracking to support program execution Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and maintain program schedules and documentation Support logistics integration and sustainment planning activities Provide technical support related to munitions, associated equipment, and operational requirements Maintain and utilize knowledge of the Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) system Apply standard Test & Evaluation (T&E) metrics and leverage the NAVAIR iTest suite to support program management and decision-making
Qualifications
- At least three to ten years of experience
- A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for an additional 2 year
- Demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Salary range $110,000 to $130,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
