| Minimum Experience/Education |
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of experience in electrical, mechanical, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and ability to safely perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions in an industrial or plant environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and holding tools weighing approximately 10 pounds and performing repetitive arm, hand, and shoulder movements.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and assist a licensed electrician with preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
