We are looking for aBusiness Development Operations / Sales Enablement Analystfor aglobal semiconductor manufacturer supporting automotive embedded solutionsinFolsom, CA.

Description

This is a full-time contingent/temporary professional services role supporting the Business Development function for an automotive embedded business group, with a focus on distribution channel development and ongoing distributor account support across the Americas and Europe. You'll partner closely with sales and field application engineering to align customer needs with product strategy, improve forecast quality, and keep internal stakeholders informed through clear reporting and presentations. Schedule requires availability to support European and East Coast time zones (e.g., occasional6am Pacific start times).

(7-8months at40hours/week).




  • Support distribution business development and day-to-day distributor account needs; collaborate with Sales/FAE to identify customer requirements and propose best-fit product solutions aligned to business strategy



  • Enable design-in/win activity (including sampling support), surface customer/competitive feedback to central marketing, coordinate with global cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, ecosystem) to synchronize product/segment strategy, and help resolve customer issues by convening key stakeholders



  • Bachelor's degree preferred (engineering, business development, product marketing, product engineering) or5+5+years of relevant experience in a similar support function; background/understanding of the semiconductor industry strongly preferred



  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools; able to analyze reports/data, synthesize insights, and deliver clear status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams



  • Process-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver who can manage short-notice requests; supports demand analysis, forecast accuracy/continuity, and long-range demand inputs for business planning



The pay for this W-2 position is $45per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
