Our client is looking for a Consumer Products Marketing Coordinator to join their team!
This is a 40 hours/week, 9-month assignment that will require a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday-Thursday) in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of integrated Consumer Products marketing campaigns that extend the impact of premium content into retail, licensed products, and fan experiences.
Own and streamline marketing approval workflows, routing high-volume creative assets through cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., PR, Social, Creative, Legal, Content Marketing) to ensure timely alignment and execution.
Review licensee marketing materials to ensure all creative is fan-first, on-brand, and aligned with title-specific messaging, visual identity, and broader campaign objectives-providing clear, constructive feedback to elevate creative quality.
Centralize campaign information and maintain internal trackers, status reports, and recaps to ensure transparency, accountability, and seamless collaboration across teams.
Traffic and manage internal and external partner inquiries, facilitating asset requests and integrating Consumer Products initiatives into larger marketing moments.
Contribute to pitch decks, campaign summaries, and post-mortems that highlight impact, performance insights, and opportunities for future growth.
Oversee operational logistics including purchase orders, invoice tracking, vendor onboarding, sample management, and production coordination to ensure campaigns execute smoothly from concept to launch.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience within Consumer Products, Licensing, Retail, or Entertainment environments, with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
Strong project management capabilities with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to break complex initiatives into actionable milestones while meeting tight deadlines.
Deep appreciation for brand stewardship, with the ability to interpret and uphold IP guidelines while shaping compelling, fan-centric storytelling.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, paired with strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
The pay for this W-2 position is $44.50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
