We're looking for a motivated Regulatory Marking, Launch & Release Program Lead to joinourteam. The successful candidate willthrive working across teams tofacilitateconsistent, seamless collaboration withregulatory artwork,processes and tools throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle that pave the way for our product teams to deliver the highest quality products on time to our customers.We are looking foraself-motivated individual withgreat communicationand program management skills to help us build our team for the next generation of products.

Youwillwork closely with partner teams tomaintaintechnical artwork and supportthe release of officialdocuments to wider Microsoft.You will also be responsibletoimproveandoptimizeprocessesbyidentifyingroot causes of issues,suggestpotential solutions (capabilities, tooling, process or change management).Thisrolerequires strategic thinkingandstrongstakeholder managementskills.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Marking:

  • Drive creation and release of regulatory marking artwork through formal releasemechanism, including ensuring the parts are ready for downstream consumption.

  • Ensure drawingsaremaintainedaccurately,consistentlyand usable for all partner teamswith tracked updates.

  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and product quality readiness prior to release; escalate gaps early to protectstakeholdertrust and launch integrity.

  • Prepare and support document release for internal partners and factories

Launch & Release Management:

  • End-to-endproduct SKUreleasereadiness for complex,multiregionprograms with minimal oversight.Manage programs with minimal oversight.

  • Drive integrated release schedules;identifyand mitigatelaunchcriticalrisks and dependencies across engineering, operations,segment, and regulatory workstreams.

  • Champion disciplined, repeatable release management practices; standardize and improve processes to increase predictability, compliance, and scale.

  • Work with relevant teams to automateheavilymanualprocessand drive continuous improvements.

  • Influencecrossfunctionalpartners without authority; serve as trusted advisor and coach to elevate release maturity across teams.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, business, operations, finance, or product/technical program management

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arerequiredfor this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Acrobat/ AutoCAD or DWG viewer.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational challenges, work across teams to find solutions and drive change across organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in product launch, release, or operations roles within a relevant industry strongly preferred
  • Solid capability in verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical judgment skills to assess risks, scrutinize details, and solve complex problems combined with business acumen to analyze business operations and financial health
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of information

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
