Job Title: Civil Engineering Lead

The Civil Engineering Lead is responsible for the implementation of technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The engineering lead is responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project team in Operations and Maintenance of work stream.
• Provide Civil Engineering expertise in design and development of a centralized and integrated workflow and business management system in Power Platform to support and enable key Civil Engineering processes.
• Provide Civil Engineering and process re-engineering expertise in development, enhancement and sustainment, including integration across other business processes.
• Plan and implement customized technical, application, and automation solutions and processes to address civil engineering, facilities, and data challenges.
• Support software sustainment and processes for prioritizing capital projects across the civil engineering enterprise to address executive customer leadership mandates.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Master's degree in engineering

Experience/Skills:

• Federal Client requires US Citizenship.
• Possess active PMP Certification.
• Certified Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, Real Property and/or infrastructure management within DHS or DoD.
• Possess knowledge of federal processes, regulations, and procedures as they relate to civil engineering.

Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $109,000 - $200,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
