Responsibilities:


  • Install and commission building automation systems, sensors, controllers, and other related equipment in new or retrofit projects.
  • Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BAS, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, and security systems.
  • Calibrate and test systems for performance, ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including training building operators and end-users on system functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and installations. Provide detailed reports to management and clients as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Address client concerns by diagnosing and resolving issues with building systems in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in building automation, HVAC, electrical, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of building automation systems (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Trane) and controls systems. Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols is a plus.
  • HVAC, electrical, or BAS certifications preferred but not required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
