Senior Systems Engineer Job details Posted 17 February 2026 Location Westlake, TX Job type Permanent Reference 994177 Job description Senior Systems Engineer Westlake, TX Onsite Hybrid Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred 8+ years of experience working with OpenText Documentum, IBM FileNet, Nuxeo or comparable Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. 5+ years' experience of administration and support of an ECM platform experience Java/Shell/PowerShell programming is a plus Migration tool experience is a plus AWS Cloud, Tomcat/TC Server administration on Linux/Windows experience is a plus The Skills: Ability to perform Documentum upgrades and migrations with precision. Skilled installing and configuring Documentum and/or FileNet components and services efficiently and reliably. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly. Proficient in creating and utilizing SQL and shell scripts to automate system tasks effectively. Willingness to participate in on-call support, change management, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless service delivery. Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values and leverages team diversity. Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organizational structure. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
