Summary:

The Contract Specialist role is responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance and coordination of the materials, data and processes associated with contracts and agreements for the MaineHealth System. This role facilitates the management of process steps, document preparation, task allocation and report generation related to contracts and agreements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of contract management experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office and database management skills.
