Job Description Accurately and efficiently picks, stages and/or ships incoming and outgoing products and materials. Maintains inventory within acceptable levels of variance. What You'll Brew: Possesses the ability and knowledge to accurately pick orders, package orders and stage/ship orders to internal and external customers Practices inventory control by demonstrating the ability and knowledge to accurately receive materials in and deliver to customers Pulls orders for the daily shipment and unloads trucks that deliver supplies Prepares outgoing external and internal orders as requested and/or per shipping memorandum Maintains responsibility for overall neatness and cleanliness of warehouse spaces and helps maintain clean and clear aisles Performs general preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Assists Warehouse Manager as needed in maintaining accurate inventory through successful monitoring, tracking and reconciling of merchandise Fosters positive working relationships and good communication both within the department and inter-departmentally with stakeholders (Brewing, Finance, Procurement, etc.) Enforces and adheres to all safety regulations as required by the position and the companies safety policy Performs other duties as assigned What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 2 years of experience in a Production/Warehouse environment utilizing Excel and various WMS Software Knowledge of Receiving & Inventory Control procedures are preferred SAP experience preferred Level: 9 In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $23 - $27.25 per hour.
