About This Role
The Parking Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the customer service and administrative functions of Parking Services. This position oversees financial administration, customer service strategy, and escalated issue resolution to ensure accurate financial stewardship, consistent policy application, and a high standard of service delivery. The role serves as a key decision-maker for complex customer matters and plays a critical role in maintaining trust, accountability, and operational efficiency within the department. About Us Kansas State University's Parking Services Department is dedicated to providing efficient, customer-focused parking and transportation solutions that support the university's mission. We manage a comprehensive system of parking resources, including permits, enforcement, and alternative transportation options, to ensure a safe and accessible campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho. What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications: * Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of T2 system (Garage operating system).
